We are a family owned Swiss pharma engineering company, specialised in manufacturing stirrers and tanks for liquid/cell mixing, transportation, storage and research. Rütten passion for pharma engineering began 1993. Today we work with world’s leading pharma companies, delivering our first-class products to all continents.


Our team of highly qualified engineers and technicians provide services such as the design, modification & maintenance of all Rütten products. Our team brings strong project management skills and our expertise in the development and production of sterile systems is exceptional. We provide access to our competent team to deliver you spare parts, technical support and calibration of equipment from distance or onsite.







What we do?

Everyday thousands of Rütten sterile tanks and stirrers are in operation.


Our goal is to produce the best performing sterile systems, which are often used for mixing, storing, monitoring or transporting pharmaceutical and industrial liquids. Since its beginning, Rütten has been a pioneer in the development of innovative aseptic processing solutions. We have developed products for the most challenging conditions and applications. Everyday thousands of Rütten sterile tanks and stirrers are in operation at leading manufacturers of biologics, vaccines and pharmaceutical products around the world.


One of our advantages lies in providing complete systems. Most of our clients have started with Rütten vessels and vibromixers and later extended their usage to include Rütten covers, stirrers, trolleys as well as measurement and controlling units. Our company meets the highest quality standards. Every Rütten system is delivered with complete documentation for process validation.

We begin each project by obtaining a complete understanding of our clients’ needs. Once we fully understand this, our highly qualified engineers and technicians begin the process of designing an optimal solution that will provide years of reliable and uninterrupted performance. Once our equipment is in operation, our team provides personalised services such as the design, modification & maintenance of all Rütten products.


Our team brings strong project management skills and our expertise in the development and production of sterile products is exceptional. Every project gets our full attention and is guided from the beginning up to delivery by the same project staff. Our products are designed and produced in Switzerland and Germany by dedicated people. Our quality control department is the key to our success – only after passing very stringent quality control testing and shown to be absolutely flawless will we ship our products to our clients.
